Successful grandstand construction for the Vienna Film Festival on Rathausplatz

We are pleased to report that we have built the grandstand for the Vienna Film Festival on Rathausplatz. This project was a great challenge that required a lot of precision and teamwork. Our 10-strong Montron team was fully committed to erecting the grandstand on time and in perfect condition.

Due to the public viewing of the 2024 European Championships, we only had one week to set up the grandstand instead of the usual two weeks. Our team consisted of 10 experienced specialists. We used three cranes to precisely position the 10-14 ton foundation slabs, which was a major challenge.

The exact positioning of the numerous small components and the execution of tandem lifts, where heavy loads had to be moved with millimeter precision, were particularly challenging. Thanks to our careful planning and excellent teamwork, we were able to overcome every hurdle and complete the grandstand on time.
