We have been managing a project in Ireland since November 2023. Three hours from the Irish capital Dublin, we have taken over the construction management for a pharmaceutical company. The work involves extensive soil replacement over an area of around 30,000 m² to a depth of 9 m, as the soil was contaminated by the company. Together with the company Modular, which is responsible for the construction and dismantling of an airtight hall, we are coordinating the construction site for our partner company. In a three-week rotation system, Christoph Happel, David Messner, Bernhard Rauscher and hopefully another employee will soon be on site in Ireland!
